Phoenix, AZ - Kari Lake has received endorsements from three of leading police associations that represent thousands of rank and file law enforcement personnel across Arizona. In addition, Lake recently received the endorsements of Pinal County Sheriff Mark Lamb and Former Border Patrol Union President Brandon Judd.
The Arizona Law Enforcement Association (AZLEA) Released the Following Statement:
“Over the last few years, Law enforcement has faced escalating attacks from radical politicians like Ruben Gallego. These misguided attacks undermine our core mission and made it harder for our officers to keep Arizona safe. Kari Lake has been unwavering in her support of our Sworn, Detention, and Civilian personnel in Arizona Law Enforcement. We’re honored to endorse her.”
The Arizona Conference of Police and Sheriffs (AZCOPS) Released the Following Statement:
“The Arizona Conference of Police and Sheriffs (AZCOPS) is a statewide organization representing almost 3,700 members across the state of Arizona. Following extensive research by the AZCOPS’ Legislative Committee and Executive Board, AZCOPS is proud to announce our endorsement of Kari Lake in her campaign for the United States Senate.
AZCOPS examines several factors in determining which endorsements are appropriate. We look at the record of accomplishment of candidates, their willingness to work with the leadership of our member organizations, and the nature and conduct of their campaign and groups that contribute to their campaigns. We were impressed with your dedication to a positive campaign and your support of law enforcement.”
Phoenix Police Sergeants and Lieutenants Association (PPSLA) Released the Following Statement:
“The PPSLA Executive Board is proud to endorse Kari Lake for Arizona’s US Senate race.
PPSLA examined a number of factors in determining this endorsement, including Kari’s detailed
platform. We looked at Kari’s positions on issues that are important to our membership, and we were impressed with how knowledgeable she is on a wide range of issues, and that she has well thought-out solutions for many of those issues. Also impressive was Kari’s courage to speak truth regarding what is occurring in the policing profession, as well as the issues occurring in the media, an organization which is supposed to report accurate, objective information. Kari is a strong supporter of law enforcement, she is the best candidate to represent the residents of our state, and we fully support her in the election for the US Senate.”
